What materials do medical disposable masks need?

The medical mask is mainly composed of five parts: three layers of non-woven fabric, bridge of nose and elastic ear band. The three layers of non-woven fabrics are exquisite. The inner and outer layers are spunbonded non-woven fabrics, with a layer of melt blown non-woven fabrics sandwiched in the middle. The outer non-woven fabric can prevent droplets, the inner non-woven fabric can absorb moisture, and the middle layer is a filter layer.

In many medical mask production lines, Jiuyang mold temperature machine mainly controls the temperature of the roller, uses the high-temperature oil temperature machine to heat up the roller jacket, and dries and disinfects the non-woven fabric passing through the roller, becoming the raw material of medical non-woven fabric.

Hot melt adhesive is required for three-layer bonding of medical mask. Each layer of non-woven fabric needs to be bonded together by hot melt adhesive through production processes such as melt blowing, spunbonded, hot air or acupuncture. Only in this way can the produced mask have the equivalent function of resisting liquid, filtering particles and bacteria.
